Use Tune Transfers to Save Your Family Memories
Digitizing old media is important if you want to save old films, videos, and even audio tapes. For vinyl record conversions, whether they be 33 1/3 RPM LPs or 45 RPM singles or even the really old 78 RPM records, we will hand clean each record before processing them. After hand cleaning with solution that will not damage the records in any way we play it through once quickly to get an idea of the quality. Tune Transfers then converts the whole thing over in real time and clean up the rest of the pops and scratchy noises with our proprietary methods of audio cleansing which includes Soundtrack Pro and SoundSoap. This results in a perfect sounding conversion. For video tapes that may have been damaged by heat or water we will usually take the tape out of the cassette and then re-spool it on a new case. This by itself gives the video new life and vigor since the old case is usually the first thing to be damaged from normal day to day activities. We do not charge to fix your old video tapes or cassette tapes unless we have to purchase new materials to house the video and audio.
